Sasha Singer-Wilson is a Vancouver-based and Toronto-bred writer, performer and producer.
She is a graduate of the Acting Conservatory at York University and has trained and worked with Jumblies, Convergence Theatre, Theatre Passe Muraille, Theatre Gargantua, Odyssey Studio, One Yellow Rabbit and SummerWorks. She has facilitated workshops for young people with Shakespeare in Action and Pleiades Theatre.
Sasha and Sarah Jurgens co-run the blood projects. Sasha co-creates the ongoing, web-based, pocket-sized writing project these five minutes. She was part of the inaugural Soulpepper Playwrights Circle in 2013/2014. Most recently, Sasha collaborated with Cat and the Queen on inside, a series of one-on-one encounters about who we are when we're alone.
Sasha is currently an MFA candidate in Playwriting at UBC.
